This specification covers requirements for
a armored direct burial shielded multiconductor cable designed to send
signals, or power from field controllers and sensing devices back to a
central controller or computer, utilizing stranded UL listed PVC/nylon
insulated conductors UL listed type TFN cabled with fillers, having an
aluminum shield and drain wire to drain off electrical, magnetic or RF
interference, and a .005" stainless steel helically wrapped armor over
the core and a direct burial sunlight resistant PVC Jacket overall. This
cable is rated at 600 volts and offers complete protection against
gophers and other rodents. |
