METHOD: |
Step 1:
Strip back outer jacket 6" on each side. |

Step 2A:
If armored, unravel from both sides and lay back. |
 |
Step 2B, 2C:
Unravel shielding tape and foil. |
 |

| Step 3: |

Step 4:
Rewrap aluminum foil shielding tape. Add foil if necessary. |
 |
Step 5:
Stagger butt splice on #18 AWG shield drain wire. |
 |
Step 6:
If armoured, rewrap armor over spliced conductors
and use split bolt clamp. |
 |
Step 7:
Lay into bottom half of mold. |
Step 8:
Snap on top half of mold |
 |
Step 9:
Tape each end of mold to prevent resin from
leaking out.
Step 10:
Insert funnels and pour resin to fill.
Step 11:
Remove funnels. |

Step 12:
Place tape over each funnel hole.
Step 13:
Will set-up in less than 1 hour.
Step 14:
Hardens fully in 24 hours. |
