82-A and 82-B1 Series

Inline Resin Splice Kits for 1 and 5 kV

Use the 3M Scotchcast 82-A and 82-B1 series kits to insulate and seal single conductor, unshielded cable splices through 5 kV and multiple conductor cables through 1 kV. 82-A is for inline splices and the 82-B1 is for Wye splices.

Each kit contains:

Snap-together mold body
2 Funnels
Tape for sealing mold ends and connector area
Scotchcast 4 electrical insulating resin in a Unipack container

Each kit makes one splice

The 82-A series is UL Listed 486D, File Number E102356.
Cu or Al connectors are not included, order separately.
